Healthy Living

I plan to make this a page to add clean eating recipes, exercises, or just general healthy living suggestions.  My goal as a trainer is to help my clients and campers to be all that God intended for them to be.  I don’t want weight or weight-related health concerns to prevent people from living life to the fullest.
